How I saved a Macbook Pro

After using the Macbook Pro for about 5 years, I wanted to format it. After following a few YouTube videos, I managed to erase the drive but got an error when trying to install the OS.

“Could not create a preboot volume for APFS install.”

Then, I saw the post here that many users have faced the same issue before. I followed one of the answers’ suggestion and managed to save the Macbook.

The post includes how to create a bootable installer, and how to use the installer. I bought a 16GB USB thumb drive and made it bootable installer and installed the OS from it.
